OUI Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited is a single-member private company. Its sole shareholder, director, and beneficial owner is Arqam Awais. There are no other shareholders, parent companies, or subsidiaries.
3. Merchant of record
OUI Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited is the merchant of record for all payments made through this website and application. Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider; OUI does not store your card details. Charges appear on your statement under the OUI Technologies name.
Prices are quoted and charged in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) for customers in Pakistan and in United States Dollars (USD) for international customers, unless an Order states otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
OUI Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited owns or is licensed to use the domain ouitech.net, the OUI, RadDictate, RadScribe, and RadTranscribe names and logos, and all software, source code, documentation, prompts, templates, and website content made available through the Service. Nothing on this site grants any licence to those rights except as expressly set out in the Terms of Service.
Images and screenshots on this site show OUI's own software. We do not use stock photography to depict our product, and we publish no customer testimonial that a real user has not given.
